Hours of Operation

English and French speaking customer service agents are ready to assist you Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. The call center is closed for Ivorians and U.S. holidays.

Check Your Visa Application Status

If you are a nonimmigrant applicant, you may check your DS-160 and visa application status online here by entering your interview location and your DS-160 barcode number. If you are an immigrant visa applicant you will enter your case number.

Reporting Fraud

Please contact us if you are aware of suspicious activities, paid unnecessary fees, or believe you have experienced fraud at any point in your visa application process. This can include but is not limited to: paying your MRV fee, scheduling your visa interview or receiving your passport. If any of these apply please contact us immediately at fraud@ustraveldocs.com.
