Systems issues that have affected the Department of State’s ability to issue visas have been resolved, and all applicants can schedule appointments as normal.  All applicants should plan to attend their current appointments as scheduled.  Applicants with passports at the Embassy will be contacted once the passport (with a visa) is ready for pickup.  Thank you for your cooperation.

In observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan, the U.S. Embassy Call Center will implement the following business hours to receive calls starting June 18 through July 17, 2015:
Local time for each NEA country: 7 am - 3 pm
United States EST:        7 am - 10 am

All children under 18 years old who have scheduled an appointment for their visas MUST be accompanied by one of their parents to be allowed to attend their interviews.

Due to the dollar exchange rate change, the deposit slips printed before Monday February 9 will no longer be valid for payment starting February 9.

Dear Applicant, please note that your failure to provide accurate contact information (phone numbers and email) will result in the delay or even inability to delivery your passport to the pickup location. It is essential that you provide your correct contact information.
