English and Finnish speaking customer service agents are ready to assist you from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. local Finnish time. The call center is closed weekends and Finnish national holidays, as observed by the U.S. posts.

Email: Send an email to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com and in the subject and/or body enter a valid passport number exactly as it was entered at the time the appointment was scheduled, and you will receive an automatic response with the status.

We are aware of imposters who use similar Skype names and are pretending to be related to the US Visa Service Desk advising applicants to pay the fees via Western Union or Moneygram. Please note that we don’t support such payment options and we strongly advise you to verify payment instructions on Bank and Payment options page before paying your MRV Fee.
