Hours of Operation

English and Nepali speaking customer service agents are ready to assist you from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local Nepal time and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time in the United States. The call center is closed weekends and Nepali national holidays, as observed by the U.S. posts.
